Questions from practices
Will you forward patient enquiries to me?
No. We do not book appointments, forward enquiries or sell contact data. Travellers see your profile and contact you directly, by phone or, with Premium, via your linked website and booking.
How do I pay?
The basic listing is free. Premium (€149 per year) and Premium+ (€349 per year) are invoiced after we have checked your details. There is no commission and no fee per contact.
When can I show “yellow fever centre” on my profile?
Only with a valid approval as a yellow fever vaccination centre from the competent state authority. Tell us about the approval and we check it before publishing. We show qualifications such as travel medicine when you can prove them.
What can a profile contain?
Profiles are factual: services, hours, languages, qualifications, appointments. Not allowed are promises of cure, success or before-and-after claims and advertising for specific vaccines or medicines. We check every text for compliance with German medical advertising law (HWG) and professional rules.
My business is already listed. What now?
Claim the listing using the button on your profile. You can then correct details, add a description and book a premium package if you wish.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Premium packages run for 12 months and only renew if you confirm. The basic listing stays free for as long as you do not ask us to remove it.
